TERMS: Net thirty days, FOB Gardena. Settlement of past due account is required before additional shipments will be made.
FREIGHT TERMS: Orders of $1000.00 or more, at customer cost, are shipped prepaid within the continental United States when routed by regular carrier of our choice. Orders under $1000.00 are shipped freight collect or U.P.S. prepaid and billed. Items in the price list may be combined with CWECO Grab Bars for full freight allowance purposes.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Our products are warranted to be of good quality, and CWECO will replace any product, if defective in workmanship or material, within one year from date of our invoice. We will not be liable for labor or damages or other expenses of any kind incurred in connection with the sale or the use of our products. We do not warranty special finish items. We reserve the right to modify product design.
CLAIMS: Claims must be reported within ten(10) days after receipt of merchandise. All products are packed in approved containers, and our responsibility for damaged merchandise ceases upon carrier acceptance. If products are damaged or lost in transit, claims should be filed against the carrier.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a prior assigned Return Goods Authorization number(RGA#). All authorized returns will be subject to inspection, terms, and conditions indicated in the Return Goods Authorization including a 25% restocking charge. Non stock or custom items cannot be returned. Returns must be prepaid.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS: All orders are subject to acceptance, also subject to fire, or any other conditions beyond our control. Invoicing shall be at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.
MINIMUN ORDERS: Orders less than fifty dollars($50.00) will be charged a service charge of five dollars($5.00).
